-"We try to mix different worlds. Our music is strong, powerful and modern, probably because we have listened a lot to American hip-hop. But our music also has a lot of groove and nice rhythms in it, which we extract from our Latin American roots. And the melodies are inspired by the the Swedish and European musical tradition," Salla explains. Lots has happened since The Salazar Brothers started dj’ing and collecting records.

The Salazar Brothers have worked with artists from all over the musical spectrum; from American rappers Sean Price, Peedi Crakk, Bang Bang Boogie,Dead Prez, Chilean rapper Zaturno and Jamaican artist Ky-Mani Marley, Swedish pop princess Marit Bergman to The swedish Rock group Mando Diao.

Versatility and variation? Definitely. But quality above all.
